Problem importing images into Capture One when shooting with a camera (tethering)

Hello,
Capture One does not want to show pictures taken during tethering. I connected my Nikon Z50 camera to the software and set all the options. Made a new session and collection. Live view works perfectly and shows the image that the camera shows, but when I take a picture on the camera or with CTRL + K, the application does not show that image and I still have "No images selected" and "No images in collection", I hear the camera sound as if she took a photo but that photo is nowhere to be found. Is there a solution? Thanks!

  Die Bildübertragung von der Sony A 6500 auf Desktop funktionierteschon einmal nicht. Danach funktionierte die Bildüberspielung über Monate einwandfrei. Die Gründe waren und sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.
  Mit Aufruf der Import-Routine unter Capture One 20 und Verbinden des Übertragungskabels ertönt ein Verbindungsgeräusch, jedoch wird der Übertragungdialog  nicht angezeigt. Alle Speicherkarten funktionieren  einwandfrei, wenn ich diese zur Dateiübertragung in anderen Kameras nutze.

  Es würde mich freuen, wenn Sie mir bei der Fehlerhebung helfen.
