C20 not downloading

Permanently deleted user

I have tried tore download CApture One 20 for nikon but it ionly downloads the express version.  I have licence number etc - Ny thoughts on what I am doing wrong

    It's the same software regardless - the available features are controlled by your licence key.

    Try logging onto your online account, deactivating then reactivating.
