How to remove the Rotate and Flip notice in C1 v22?

Hi. I just downloaded C1 v.22 and cannot delete the notice about the new functioning of the Rotate and Flip tool.  When I mouse over to the 'got it' button, the little window with the announcement disappears. It's annoying to continually see this. Any hints on how to remove it? I've removed that tool, and added it back, still the notice remains. Frustrating. Hints, anyone?  Thanks.
