Capture one 20 and topaz denoise workflow

I have not used capture one in some time and recently, I began using it once again. I noticed that when I right click to open the file up on topaz denoize, it will take me to topaz and I make my adjustments, but the file it creates in capture one does not show any of the adjustments I have made on the file.  What gives?  In the past, the adjustments would show up in the file created in capture one.  

 

Any help is appreciated,

  The release notes on the Topaz Labs forum explains the issue and gives a workaround in the interim.

  thanks for the help, but I reverted back to the previous version and it is still not working.
