c1 does not add pictures to collections while imported

Hi,

my c1 21 and22 do not add pictures anymore to collections during import.
Neither to last import nor to selected user collections.
And when i see some  imported pictures in these collections they will be lost when i close c1 and open it again.
Any idea what's going on?

  same problem  when i try to import a catalog.
  There are no images within the catalog folder / user collections.
