"Could not activate because the license code is invalid" CaptureOne 2022 website says computer is activated.

I am trying to get my capture one subscription going on a new computer, I downloaded Capture One 2022 and everything went fine up until the "activate your license" screen. It had previously asked me to log into the website and re-directed to the browser, so I'm not sure why that did not work either. The website says a computer was activated, and I suddenly have a free trial as well (the activation shows under the subscription, not the trial). Any advise is appreciated.
