Synchronize freezes C1

The right click Synchronize command freezes C1. Anyone else had this? It's happened THREE times. I have filled in a crash report for it, so hopefully someone at HQ will pick it up and take action.

On each occasion the app freezes and the only way to shut down is the usual Ctrl+Alt+Del and brutally shut down the whole C1. Upon starting, I am invited to complete a crash report, which I have done! Then, instead of the simple Synchronise, I have to Import the images back into C1 - really tedious...

Reading through these comments on these threads I have come to the conclusion that the developers have done a poor job. Am I being unreasonable? Can we expect a further update to fix these bugs?

    Just an update, I tried the Synchronise function again today... and it worked. perhaps it was a limited time gremlin, who knows? No one else has commented on the post, so it is clearly not a problem. If you do experiene it, the post will remain open. Just add your experience.
