Radial Mask Can I pivot the mask please

After defining a radial mask i want to "pivot" it around the center.... to fit an area.... can this be done somehow please ?

  With the radial mask tool selected, hover over the middle mask line. The cursor will change to a circular arrow that you can use to rotate the mask. You might have a look at the online docs or linked video tutorial if you need more info.
