Unable to run Capture One 22 (15.3.1)

I've downloaded and installed Capture_One_22.Win.15.3.1.exe on my computer running under win7 x64 SP1 french version with 8GB RAM.

Whenever i run capture one i get the same error message : Capture One has stopped with the following details
