Healing layer issues with v15.3.1 on image with healing layer from a previous version

Hi,

    with GPU acceleration on or off on a Mac M1 I see that the healing layer corrections are applied differently when using the current 15.3.1.

This is the original:

and the same image, now rendered (and exported) with v15.3.1:

The girl has a scar on the left corner of her mouth, which has been retouched using a healing brush layer.

Obviously this is a major regression that make me loose trust in all images having healing layers. Problem is that I don't now which recent version showed this regression first.

I've submitted a bug report.
