Ability to assign custom buttons to top of browser

The ability to create custom buttons (that when pressed can apply a chosen preset, or launch a chosen style brush). 

Then the ability to be able to assign a keyboard shortcut to the custom button.

Then the ability to be able to place the buttons in the top of the browser (i.e like the cursor tools).
