S L O W import...
I've never had issues importing large libraries of images. Today for some reason, it gets to about 10 or 11 of 251 images and then it just seems to stall out and it gives me a time of many hours to finish importing. What has happened?????
Never had this issue before.

@Liane, I'm assuming you're using a catalog as opposed to a session. Your catalog could potentially have issues. Try repairing it first. Also try creating a new test catalog and do the same import to see whether it's catalog related.
