Image not supported by Capture One (Events)

Running C1P 22.

Imported Z9 Lossless Compression RAW files.

"Edit with" Topaz Denoise generates an Event "The created image is not supported by Capture One". Normally the "Edit with" will create a .TIFF file for use in Topaz Denoise, and after the Denoise is processed, the .TIFF file is shown in C1P with a file suffix such as "Clear" etc, depending on the Denoise algorithm selected. 

Why the Event notification.?
