HDR merge suddenly stop and never get finish notification

Hi, I bought capture one be cause I need to use HDR Merge function, but when I try to merge 3 sony .arw, it shows a progress bar, after few seconds it disappear itself also didn't running in the background, I wait and wait but never see any notification, also none of any merged image, pls help. Thank you.
