C1 22 15.4 (Windows) not downloading

Permanently deleted user

Tried 3 times now to download the new version, but installation was not completed on any run. No error message, nothing. The downloading window simply closed. During the download several files are stored in the Capture One 22 folder, but with the "crash"  some disappear, incl. the exe file.

The C1 app is no longer listed in the start menue (app list). I am using Windows 11.

Has anyone a fix?

    After de-installation of C1 folder and full PC re-start, downloading the new sw release from the C1 webpage, the installation was completed and C1 is fully installed and running.
