I cannot activate my license. Hav just paid 331 CHF by VISA, but I do not get on.

    Have you been sent a licence code? Or can you log on to your account on the Capture One website and see what it says your licence code is?

    Have not received a licence code.  (I used to have one for the trial, but this is deleted.)

    I cannot get into my account.  It tells me that the password is wrong.  If I type 'forgotten pasword', I do not et anything by email. Edgar Steigmeier.    VERY VERY ENNOYING TO START IN SUCH A WAY.

    Are you in the same situation as people 2 threads below ? If yes, hopefully, Capture One will solve the issue asap.

    Today, many people had the same issue as yours (impossible to activate Capture One licence key), and they told that 2 threads below yours. They said that Capture One staff is working on the issue. If you are not in the same situation, I am sorry not to have clearly understood your problem.
