PREVIEW GENERATION

Hi, I have a problem. After importing photos into C1 22 and 23, the photos are blurry, very low resolution. Zooming them to 200% makes them sharpen, but when I click another photo, the problem returns. This happened overnight, I did not change any settings. Please help!
