Adding image to image

Hi there,

I am very new to both digital photography and Capture One to help will be much appreciated. I spend a lot of time in museums taking photos but considering light reflection, poor lightning etc it is difficult to get both object and its description sharp at the same time. What I would like to do, instead of making both sharp, is to take as sharp photo of the object as possible then take a separate photo of its description then add description to the object itself by merging the two if you like. Is this possible and if so please let me know, any pointers will be much appreciated.
