installing CApture One pro 22 without internet access

Dear Team, we have bought the Capture One Pro 22 SW (using with CANON EOS R10 camera), but due to security environment , there is no access to any WLAN or LAN available. How to get the Capture ONE SW installed correctly ?

Is there a work around or older SW available, which is working with WIN 10, with a Canon Camera and no Internet required?
