why my capture not work

Permanently deleted user

i was upgrading capture one 21 to 22 ...? but keep crush all time .....after i paid 265 dollars for upgrading ...

    I just erase capture one from other compute ..but I dint deactivate

    Log into your account at Capture One and look in the license section of your account. You can deactivate it yourself.
