Nikon D850 not recognized

My Nikon D850 stopped being recognized by Capture 22 via tether about 3 months ago. I updated its firmware and even used a different D850 body, nothing. I just uploaded Capture 23 and it's still not being recognized. So far, I can only use Capture with my older body, a Nikon D750.

Any advice ?

  try without memory card
