Cloning and Healing tools not working properly

Hi there, I am having an issue using the cloning/healing tools my Mac. After using either of the tools it leaves a sort of watermark of the object it supposed to clone/heal. I have checked the opacity of the tools, brush settings and layer opacity too. But it doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated. I've raised a request through the online support team but still haven't got any solution.

  Do you use LumaRange? If so, you have to apply it again. Simply open the LumaRange and click Apply
