Export missing XMP Sidecars

I exported to 16-bit TIFFs and one Session\Output folder I have XMP sidecars and two others do not. The metadata looks like it's embedded, which is fine, but I don't know how I got these XMP files in my Output folder and I would like to know what I did to create them.

    One way to create that xmp file is: You selected the session album "All images" which includes all session albums including "output", selected the tiff file or all images, and clicked on the menu item "Image > Sync Metadata".
