Import to recent imports only is importing into selected album, also

When importing images, Capture One 23 (16.1.0) imports into the selected album even when the Recent Imports Only is the collection selected (as in the screenshot, below), not Selected Album.

    I have this issue too. a quite annoying bug, because it will easily mess up my collections. impossible to work omn other collections while the import process.
