Agree with Eric.....I would have assumed you could at least use your finger to move it where you want...like on a DJI controller.

Coming from EOS R upgraded to R6 MKII and using CapOne 23 on a Mac Studio with Ventura, the noise reduction does absolutely nothing on a CR3 coming out of the R6 MKII.

I'm seeing the same minimal affect if any with the new update editing on a Mac Studio and CR3 files from a Canon R6 MKII. I've had to now export to edit for noise reduction in either Topaz DeNoise ...
