What lens are you working with, and what amount is the Distortion slider set for?

Additionally, be sure to uncheck Save Thumbnails under the File tab for that recipe to save additional file size. Likely you won't need to have an embedded thumbnail.

Try deleting the Batch Queue folder at Application Data/Local as well as trashing and recreating that JPG recipe as it may be corrupt.
