Same problem here....I need to have the camera powered up. Half-press the shutter, then start CaptureOne and keep fingers crossed that it will work. Canon 5D Mark IIIYosemite 10.10.2Capture One 8.1...

exactly the same problem here!! i also thought it was the cable...it just suddenly stopped working out of nowwhere.hope someone finds a solution.mark
