Submitted support ticket yesterday and it was suggested that I turn of OpenCL. Have done that and so far the problem hasn't reappeared.

I'm not seeing this bug (same version), Bob. Just tried it, created a gradient mask, quite C1. Reopened and it was there.

Paul,Any idea what that information might be?All the lens information is translated over in the metadata.Software like DXO is able to do it too.
