Thanks for your thoughts Dee. Lightroom isn't the issue - and I know LR so well I wrote a book on it, so mixing the 2 wouldn't be an issue. For this situation though, I don't need any kind of DAM...

I think I'm with you, thanks Dee. Just seems odd that you can't do something vaguely similar in C1.
