You could give Idimager (idimager.com) a try. I'm a user of that program and it manages all my needs very well:- displays iiq-files as thumbs (of course, it can not convert iiq-files to big picture...

I downloaded CO 6 yesterday. You can actually change the language to Swedish, and it works well ... I'm also using the Swedish language version ;)
