I have the same problem with the 1.3 French version. Preferences were all available with 1.2. Win 7 64 bits, i7 860, 8 Go Ram, SSD 120 Go for C:\, LR4, CS6, Nikon NX2

3. Catalogues disappear with Windows 7 64 bits

I don't see why it's a hard drive problem. I've never lost any picture. The problem is only with EM catalogs.Waiting for any pertinent explaination...
