After reading this suggestion I un-installed the program (CO4) using this procedure & re-installed the application & all works well now. Hopefully this will help someone with same predicament I had...

I have a PowerPC G5 Quadcore I have the same problems described above. I have tried all the fixes suggested to no avail. Previous versions all worked fine
