Hi RoelofThank you very much for helping! My pc is running win7 ultimate with Intel core i7 and 16gb ram. No problems withdng in other programs such as PS5 or Idimager5. I will try the support.John

I got good help from the support (and you). The dng files are now shown as thumbnail images.I think the problem was solved by a combination of switching and rebuilding. Thank you for helping.John
