Thanks for the feedback but, I still don't understand why the most recent capture will not show up in the viewer. If I copy a photo into the capture folder it will show in the browser and the viewe...

I use chrome and have no issues. Are you sure it's chrome that's doing the blocking and not your firewall?

Tried it and it doesn't work either. Any adjustments I make in the next capture adjustment don't work. ☹️
