I've got the same Problem.Using Win 7 Martin

May be .net Framework 4.7 is the Problem.On my other Computer I've .net Framework 4.6.2 and there C1P runs perfect.

I also did a rollback, so that I've got .net 4.6.2This solved the issue.Cheers Martin

No it is a different ProblemIf I click on the Icon, nothing happens.I reinstalled CP, but did not help.Martin
