The problem happens after you designate a new capture folder.My work around is to add the tool, reset capture counter, remove the tool.I can't file a support case for this because although we own 1...

I used to get this constantly in 5.0.2, not so much in the 5.2 builds.You sure it's happening in 5.2.1?

Odd, added that tool to another pane and it was no longer greyed out.
