Upgraded from 9.0.3 to 9.1 on Windows 10. Everything seems fine performance-wise. But, I'm hitting a bug where my Export settings don't save. After I close CO it does not save my export settings.

Just wanted to update this post and say that I fixed my own problem. However, you need to have Photoshop installed for this method to work.Capture One pulls its export profiles from this location:...
