I have no problem tethering my 5D MK II with Adobe Lightroom. Therefore, my Macbook Pro sees my 5D! It also works with iPhoto on Mac OS 10.7So, only CO 6.2.2 seems does not see it!

Same problem here with MacBook Pro OS X 10.7, Capture One 6.2.2, Canon 5D MK II 2.0.9
