If it isn't possible I would like to make it a feature request. At the moment it is too easy to inadvertently rotate an image (by an almost invisible tiny amount). Probalby not a real problem for m...

3. Did output file timestamps change?

Could it be that you are sorting by "Date created" instead of "Date modified". "Date modified" should show the date and time of output. Also see:
