Now I get an ERROR! when trying to create a support case
I have been having problems getting C4 for Windows to run on my Pentium IV machine. I tried to create support cases several times but never heard from PO. (See another thread on this frustration....

When will PO respond to case reports?
I cannot get get C4 to run properly -- interface opens, but file tree displays incorrectly, then crashes. Problem first appeared in Beta1, so I reported it (as did others). Problem still existed ...
