    Well Grace,now I start to run out of ideas. Lets try this also; did you manually clear the cache before you re-installed? I don't remember if C1 deletes the cache or not when it's being re-installe...

    Then I would first try to clear the cache and see if it helps and if nothing else works, save my work files to a different directory and reinstall the program.Lars
