Yes I tried to to go through the same steps with both Safari and Google Chrome - same results. Looks like dead links. Even though on that screen you are given a license key and a button to copy it....

Thank a lot Ian! That makes a lot more sense now! I successfully downloaded the software and just activated it using that license key given at the EXPRESS screen. I used the link on the upper right...
