All the images are the same pixel dimensions, yes.I don't think there are Process Recipes in the Express version of C1 but you do get to choose options at the time of export through a dialogue box....

Same issue here with Fujifilm Express. Edit with does nothing if I select either Photoshop 21 or Luminar 4. If I select 'Other...' and navigate to the application, C1 crashes
