Andre here, I am using two Tether Tools cables, so it is a pretty long run. I ended up just using Canon’s free app, which worked flawlessly. Will still use Capture One 22 for everything else.

I am having the same problem with my Canon 5DSR and capture One 22 on a mac studio wit Tether tools cables. Canon Webtool app sees it and works fine. I switched to the short canon supplied USB cabl...
