I have tried twice to update my Express for Fujifilm and on both occasions all my catalogue has been shown as offline and I have been unable to recover it. Any suggastions?

Crashing
In the right hand menu section at the top there is a new double arrow which expands the options. Just to the right of this there is a three vertical dot symbol. If I click on this the program crash...
