Paid for license but still says I'm n trial

Have been using the trial with 5 days left. I have paid for on month subscription but it still says I have five days left

  When you paid for the subscription, you should have got a licence key. You probably need to deactivate the trial (on the Capture One menu go to License... then choose Deactivate in the dialog box). Close Capture One, reopen it and enter your licence key.
