Leica Monochrom DNG Files Crashing C1

I've been having problems with Leica Monochrom M10. Whenever I try to edit them -- even just exposure adjustments -- C1 freezes up. If I wait a few minutes, it often comes back, but I obviously can't edit a photo shoot this way. I tried updating to newest C1 version (16.1.2.44), rebooting machine, and doing a database verification with no luck.

Anyone have similar problems and/or ideas to fix?
