Edit with/Open with plugin does not work

The edit with and Open with plugin actions do not work in C1 23 (16.1.2.44).

Edit with will create the new exported version, but not launch the related application.

I believe somebody else reported the same issue earlier (in french), but the solution is not shown, although the problem is marked as fixed.

I presume this is some sort of configuration issue?

Any ideas?

  Cette action a bien fonctionné pour moi et pour un autre utilisateur à qui j'ai transmis l'information.

  Il faut faire un reset des applications par défaut dans Windows, et ensuite tout fonctionne. Bien entendu, Vous pouvez remettre vos liens personnalisés après.
