Export recipe - rename to title OR filename

I wondered if there's a way to rename an image on export to be either it's IPTC - Status - Title if I have applied a title, or fall back to image name if not. The reason being that having reflected on my workflow, I've realised I'm spending a lot of time naming images that aren't worthy of a name, or where a unique name simply isn't possible. 

If not, is there a way of automatically having C1 apply the filename as it's IPTC - Status - Title metadata field on import so I can continue using my existing Export Recipe and simple rename interesting images as required.

If there's no out of the box solution for this, I think I'll just use the Image Name naming format for my Export Recipe and ensure I set IPTC - Status  - Title AND rename worthy files.
