Frequent crashes in C1 v. 23, 22, and 20

About 2-3 weeks ago, after working perfectly since 2015, every version of C1 that I own has been crashing/freezing frequently. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the software, multiple versions, multiple times. Nothing has helped.

At this point, the software is worthless to me. This is a serious problem because I shoot exclusively with a Phase One IQ3-100, meaning all of my images are.iiq format.

My guess is that this is related to a Windows update (not that I remember one in that time frame). I do not think it is related to a specific file or the version of the software I use. That is because I've tried multiple versions and every one of them worked at one time without incident.
